JEDEC document JEP155 states that 500-V HBM allows safe manufacturing with a standard ESD control process. 
Tested with application circuit shown in Figure 35 with CVIN1= 47 μF, CVIN2= 100 nF, CVOUT= 22 nF and SM15T30A TVS input clamp. Supply voltage of 24 V DC is always ON, EN Inputs are High, so output is High (ON) and floating (no load).
