TID Characterization Results Summary

The results show that all TPS7H6013-SP devices are fully functional and within specification limits up to 100krad(Si) HDR. Overall, the TPS7H6013-SP show a strong degree of hardness to TID HDR exposure levels at 100krad(Si) under biased and unbiased conditions. Performance is measured based on the difference between pre- and post-irradiation with respect to SMD electrical minimum and maximum specification. The measurements taken post-irradiation for each sample set showed a marginal shift for most parameters at each dose level for both biased and unbiased. (see Section 3.2 for the electrical parameters). Note that test numbers are listed only for parameters tested post-TID.
