In the event of a boot fail during execution of the boot configuration routine (BCR), SYSCTL will assert a BOOTRST to re-attempt a successful boot. A boot fail can be caused by any of the following:
Boot configuration data integrity error (This can be used for BOOTROM/ FLASH)
Device trim integrity error (This can be used for FLASH)
BCR timeout (BCR takes significantly longer than expected to complete for any other reason) (This can be used for BOOTROM)
