Low-Dropout Regulator - TPS7B6933-Q1

The TPS7B6933-Q1 device is a low-dropout linear regulator designed for up to 40-V input operations. The device is available in a tiny 5‑pin SOT-23 package. The device is an excellent option for sensor applications with only 15-µA (typical) quiescent current at light load. The design features an integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection. Temperature operation range is –40°C to 125°C.
