Results

At 1.0 × 1012, some parametric measurements failed to remain within the range specified in the data sheet. All parametric measurements remained well within the LM158QML-SP Class V, radiation lower power operational amplifier limits for 1.0 × 1011 n/cm2 levels. The full parameter list and graphs are found in Section A.
