One-channel 750MSPS BTS feedback and receiver IC
The ADS54T01 is a high-linearity, single-channel, 12-bit, 750 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) easing front end filter design for wide bandwidth receivers. The analog input buffer isolates the internal switching of the on-chip track-and-hold from disturbing the signal source as well as providing a high-impedance input.

Twelve-volt, three-phase sensor less BLDC motor controller
DRV11873 is a three-phase, sensorless motor driver with integrated power MOSFETs with drive current capability up to 1.5-A continuous and 2-A peak. The DRV11873 is specifically designed for low noise and low external component count fan motor drive applications. The DRV11873 has built-in over-current protection with no external current sense resistor needed. The synchronous rectification mode of operation achieves increased efficiency for motor driver applications.

On-off keying coax modem transceivers
The SN65HVDHVD62 is an integrated AISG transceiver designed to be compliant with Antenna Interface Standards Group v2.0 specification. These transceivers modulate and demodulate signals between the logic (baseband) and a frequency suitable for long coaxial media. The HVD62 receiver integrates an active bandpass filter to enable demodulation of signals even in the presence of spurious frequency components. The filter has a 2.176 MHz center frequency.

MIPI® DSI bridge to FlatLink™ LVDS single-channel DSI to single-link LVDS bridge
The SN65DSI83 DSI to FlatLink™ bridge features a single-channel MIPI® D-PHY receiver front-end configuration with 4 lanes per channel operating at 1Gbps per lane; a maximum input bandwidth of 4 Gbps. The bridge decodes MIPI® DSI 18 bpp RGB666 and 24 bpp RGB888 packets and converts the formatted video data stream to a FlatLink™ compatible LVDS output operating at pixel clocks operating from 25 MHz to 154 MHz, offering a Single-Link LVDS with four data lanes per link.

Synchronous buck controllers for precision dimming LED drive
The TPS92640/41 are high voltage, synchronous NFET controllers for buck current regulators. Output current regulation is based on valley current-mode control with a constant on-timer. This control method eases the design of loop compensation. The TPS92640/41 includes a high-voltage start-up regulator that operates over a wide input range of 7V to 85V. The PWM controller is designed for high speed capability including an oscillator frequency range up to 1.0 MHz. The TPS92640/41 is optimized to give superior dimming performance with both analog and PWM dimming. Both devices include an error amplifier, precision reference, thermal shutdown and low power shutdown mode.

Wide-range fuel gauge with Impedance Track™ for lead-acid batteries
The bq34z110 is a fuel gauge solution that works independently of battery series-cell configurations, and supports lead-acid battery chemistries. Batteries from 4 V to 64 V can be supported through an external voltage translation circuit that can be controlled automatically to reduce system power consumption.

System-side Impedance Track™ fuel gauge
The bq27425 is an easy-to-configure microcontroller (MCU) peripheral that provides system-side fuel gauging for single-cell Li-Ion batteries. The device requires minimal user configuration and system MCU firmware development. The bq27425 uses the patented Impedance Track™ algorithm for fuel gauging and provides information such as remaining battery capacity (mAh), state-of-charge (%), and battery voltage (mV).

250mA, ultra-low noise low-dropout regulator
The LP5907 is a linear regulator capable of supplying 250-mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, the LP5907 device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line or load transient response figures. Using new innovative design techniques, the LP5907 offers class-leading noise performance without a noise bypass capacitor and the ability for remote output capacitor placement. The device is designed to work with a 1-µF input and a 1-µF output ceramic capacitor (no bypass capacitor is required). The device is available in an ultra-thin micro SMD package as well as a 5-pin SOT23 package.
