Overview

Fault prediction with fleet analytics software, developed by the Electra Vehicles Inc., generates synthetic data to illustrate the entire lifespan of the battery, encompassing battery degradation and faults. Paired with TI's wireless BMS and commander BMS units, it uses the power of this combined technology to track faults in vehicles quickly and provide fleet managers with helpful information and safety warnings/notifications.
Additionally, vehicle state-of-charge and state-of-health estimator accurately estimates of the SoC, SoH, and SOP for batteries using a combination of AI/ML software running on TI's wireless BMS and commander BMS units and in the cloud. By collecting data over the vehicle's lifetime, this product expects to give up to 2x or better performance than state-of-the-art technologies, resulting in a more extended range and battery life.
