Description

The TPS54062EVM-695 is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS54062 Synchronous Step-Down SWIFT Converter. The TPS54062EVM-695 operates from an 8V to 60V input (24V nominal) and provides a 3.3V output at 50mA.

  • Integrated Low Side N-Channel MOSFET
  • Fixed Frequency Peak Current Mode Control
  • 1.4 uA Shutdown Current
  • 90uA No Load Quiescent Operating Current
  • Enable with Hysteresis (for Adjustable Input Voltage UVLO)
  • 100kHz to 1.5MHz Adjustable Switching Frequency with RT
  • Synchronizes to External Clock
  • Low Drop Out, 98% max. Duty Cycle
  • 0.8V Internal Voltage Reference
  • 2% Reference Over Temperature
  • Cycle by Cycle Current Limit, Thermal and Frequency Fold Back Protection
  • Internal Slow Start
