Improper PCB layout of an op amp can cause many issues in a design. It can affect op amp stability, crosstalk, and performance of a design. This presentation will help identify and correct common PCB layout mistakes by looking at the symptoms of common issues. This includes questions such as, “Why are there oscillations on the output?”, “Why does channel A influence channel B?”, and “Why do I have such high gain error?”.
