PRODUCTION DATA
The device requires two external power supplies: analog (AVDD to AVSS) and digital (IOVDD to DGND). The analog power supply can be independently chosen from the digital power supply. Furthermore, the analog supply offers both unipolar (for example, AVDD = 3.3V, AVSS = 0V), and bipolar supply capability (for example, AVDD = 1.5V and AVSS = –1.5V). A non-symmetrical bipolar analog supply can also be used, for example AVDD = 2V and AVSS = –1V.
The IOVDD supply sets the logic levels for the serial interface pins (CS, SCLK, SDI, SDO/DRDY) and the START, RESET, DRDY, and CLK pins. The AVDD supply sets the logic levels for the GPIOs (GPIO0 to GPIO7).
The integrated DLDO creates the 1.4V digital core supply for the device.
