Overview

The OPAx986 are wide bandwidth (14MHz), high slew rate (40V/μs), high precision (1.2µV/°C, max), 48V operational amplifiers (op amps). These op amps are designed with e-Trim, a propietary, post-package offset trimming technology, to achieve very low offset across a wide range of operating conditions. These amplifiers feature the latest state-of-the-art CMOS technology that enables rail-to-rail input and output operation, low input bias current, and tiny packages.

In addition to stellar dc performance, the OPAx986 achieve outstanding ac performance. The OPAx986 strengths also include 14MHz bandwidth, 40V/µs slew rate, 7.5nV/√Hz broadband voltage noise, and 4fA/√Hz of current noise. The combination of ac and dc performance make these amplifiers easy to design with in a variety of different applications. The OPAx986 are an excellent choice for designing a high performance active filter, a transimpedance amplifier (TIA), a high accuracy current monitor, or a high impedance sensor interface amplifier.
