Immunity to SENSE Pin Voltage Transients

The TPS3808E-Q1 is relatively immune to short negative transients on the SENSE pin. Sensitivity to transients depends on threshold overdrive. Threshold overdrive is defined by how much the VSENSE exceeds the specified threshold, and is important to know because the smaller the overdrive, the slower the RESET response. Threshold overdrive is calculated as a percent of the threshold in question, as shown in Equation 2:
