7.3.7.2 Output Overvoltage Protection

The TPSM83100 and TPSM83101 have the output overvoltage protection which avoids any damage to the device in case the external feedback pin is not working properly.

When the output voltage threshold VT+(OVP) is reached at the VOUT pin, the protection disables the module power stage and makes the switching nodes high impedance.
