3 概要

TLV936x ファミリ (TLV9361、TLV9362、TLV9364) はコスト最適化された 40V オペアンプ・ファミリです。

これらのデバイスは、レール・ツー・レール出力、低いオフセット (標準値 ±400µV)、低いオフセット・ドリフト係数 (標準値 ±1.25µV/℃)、10.6MHz の帯域幅などの優れた DC および AC 仕様を備えています。

EMIRR フィルタリング、大きな出力電流 (±60mA)、高いスルーレート (25V/μs) などの特長を持つ TLV936x は、コストの制約が厳しい高電圧アプリケーションに適した堅牢なオペアンプです。

TLV936x ファミリのオペアンプは標準パッケージで供給され、–40℃～125℃で動作が規定されています。
