Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
The TMP107 is able to sustain bias operations up to 150°C for limited durations, without affecting its accuracy or functionality when conditions return to the recommended operating range. The highest temperature value the TMP107 can report is 127.984°C, beyond which and up to 150°C, the TMP107 continues to read 127.984°C.
