Abstract

This report covers the radiation characterization results of theTRF0206-SP (5962R2122001VXC), a 11-GHz 3dB BW, single ended to differential ADC driver Amplifier. The study was done to determine Total Ionizing Dose (TID) effects under low dose rate (LDR) and high dose rate (HDR) up to 100 krad(Si). The results show that all samples passed well within the specified limits up to 100 krad(Si).
