Hardware Connections Overview – MCT8329EVM

Figure 4-1 shows the major blocks of MCT8329EVM evaluation module. The MCT8329EVM is designed for an input supply from 4.5-V to 60-V. The MCT8329EVM includes power stage with six external N-channel power MOSFETs (Part number: CSD18536KTTT) and passive components. The MCT8329EVM also includes a current sense shunt resistor of 1 mΩ and an external N-channel MOSFET controlled by GCTRL to generate VREG.
