2.2 Base Measurements

#GUID-47B5C61C-31D6-4167-9E05-09A34B899C9F and #GUID-804A6A2B-E1EC-4D6F-ABA9-841E46590312 were created without any 100kΩ shorts between any pins to compare with the results of the 100kΩ short tests.
