Switching

Figure 3-11 displays the main switching waveform.

The waveform in Figure 3-11 was captured at 60 VIN while operating under a maximum load of 60 A per phase. The waveform is characterized by the following conditions: a switching frequency of 396 kHz, an overshoot of 1.6 V, a rise time of 7.1 ns, and a fall time of 4.7 ns.
