Overview

The OPAx354-Q1 operational amplifiers are high-speed,150V/μs, amplifiers making them excellent choices for transimpedance applications. The devices are unity-gain stable and can operate on a single-supply voltage (2.5V to 5.5V), or a split-supply voltage (±1.25V to ±2.75V), making them highly versatile and easy to use. The OPAx354A-Q1 amplifiers are specified from 2.5V to 5.5V and over the automotive temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
