SLOSEB6E February 2025 – March 2026 LMH13000
PRODUCTION DATA
The LMH13000 incorporates comprehensive internal monitoring to make sure operation remains within safe limits. Integrated comparators continuously supervise internal reference and bias currents. Fault conditions on the VSET, RSET, or RBIAS pins that drive currents beyond established safety thresholds triggers an internal error state. Upon detection of an over-current condition, the device automatically disables the output stages to prevent thermal or electrical damage. The total time taken for the faults to be detected and the respective switches to be disconnected is approximately 1μs.”
| Fault Description | Mode | End Result |
|---|---|---|
| VSET > 3.6V (alternatively if VSET shorted to AVDD/PVDD) OR RSET shorted to AGND | 0 | If the resulting IOUT > 1.8A, Error 1 is triggered. IOUT is cut off |
| 1 | If the resulting IOUT > 9A, Error 1 is triggered. IOUT is cut off | |
| RBIAS shorted to AGND | X | If resulting ICC > 400mA, Error 2 is triggered. ICC is cut off |
