6.3.13 Thermal Shutdown

The TPS51375R monitors the internal die temperature. If the temperature exceeds the threshold value (typically 160°C), the device is shut off and the output is discharged. This protection is a non-latch protection. The device restarts operation when the temperature goes below the thermal shutdown threshold.
