1.4 Device Information

REF53 is a precision series voltage reference. The device is designed with low power, low noise, low temperature drift, and high accuracy. This allows REF53 to be used with high-resolution data converters and analog front ends (AFEs). REF53 has an enable pin (EN) that allows the device to be set in shutdown mode to improve power efficiency.
