7.3.7.3 UVLO Protection

The LMG342xR050 supports a wide range of VDD voltages. However, when the device is below UVLO threshold, the GaN device stops switching and is held off. The FAULT pin is pulled low as an indication of UVLO. The LDO and buck-boost are turned on by the rising-edge of the VIN UVLO and shuts off around 5V to 6V.
