VREFHI I ADC- High Reference. In external reference mode, externally drive the high reference voltage onto this pin. In internal reference mode, a voltage is driven onto this pin by the device. In either mode, place at least a 2.2-µF capacitor on this pin. This capacitor should be placed as close to the device as possible between the VREFHI and VREFLO pins.
