PCB thermal calculator

The PCB thermal calculator helps you estimate the junction temperatures of components which use exposed-pad packages. This tool generates a quick estimate of the expected junction temperature based on the copper spreading area on the PCB.

Thermal resistance from the junction of the device to the exposed pad on the bottom of the device.

Ambient = air temperature away from system/device (not heated by the system)
Board = temperature of the board 1mm away from the device
