Pricing terms

IMPORTANT: Prices shown are confidential customer direct prices (CDPs) communicated by TI for your direct purchases and are subject to TI's Terms of Sale. If TI extends your CDPs to its authorized distributors or your authorized manufacturing partners, you are responsible for negotiating resale prices and terms with those third parties. If quoted in a local currency, CDPs are based on the exchange rate relative to USD.  Prices do not include duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change before shipment; TI's final price at the time of shipment will apply. Forecasts provided in connection with pricing discussions are non-binding on TI. CDPs are contingent on adherence to forecasted volumes and committed share percentages.  For authorized distributors and manufacturing partners, CDPs are only applicable for sales involving the end customer identified in the quote.  For pricing contingent on Start of Production (SOP), CDPs will take effect beginning on the actual SOP date.
