What is changing about TI's Change Notification process?

TI complies with the requirements for timely notification in J-STD-046. Consistent with this industry standard, customers will be notified of major changes which affect the form, fit, or function, or adversely affect quality or reliability of the product. PCN information and sample availability will now be available on your company account TI dashboard via the "Product change notification" category on the left-hand navigation.

We strive to establish a convenient, consistent customer interface across our channels, including key processes and documentation that you can view, click, watch, or navigate as you engage directly with TI. This new Product Change Notification platform functionality will allow users to:

• Stay informed by viewing the latest PCNs for your account
• Begin early impact analysis as soon as the PCN is received to avoid production disruptions
• Request samples directly at your convenience

Following this structured PCN process helps minimize risk, maintain product reliability, and ensure a seamless transition to the updated TI components.
