Why did I receive a different carrier packing if I paid an additional fee for a custom reel?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that when you select a custom reel in the cart or during checkout, it will only be included if available. If the custom reel is unavailable, your order may be packed with a different carrier. A service fee applies to each custom reel selected and is included in your total cost. To confirm there are no additional charges for a custom reel, please refer to your invoice.
