What is an End Use Certificate (EUC)?

An End Use and Export Compliance Certificate (EUC) is a certification regarding the end use of the item(s) ordered and an assurance of compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations. If TI requests an EUC, it is required to process and ship your order. This document should be written on an official company letterhead and be signed by an authorized representative of the company or, where an EUC is delivered electronically via a web form, submitted by an authorized representative of the company.
