The TPS7N41Q1 low-dropout linear regulator (LDO)
offers very good noise and power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance. This LDO
uses an advanced BiCMOS process and a PMOSFET pass device to achieve excellent
noise, transient response, and PSRR performance.
The TPS7N41Q1 is stable with an output capacitor
of 4.7µF. A precision voltage reference and
feedback loop help the LDO to achieve an accuracy
of ±2% over all load, line, process, and
temperature variations.
The LDO is specified over the operating junction temperature range from −40°C
to +150°C. The device is available in a 3mm × 3mm SON-8 package with wettable flanks.
