Overview

Design requirements

OBC wireless charging systems require:

  • High performance and fast digital control loops enabling highly efficient power conversion and increased power density.
  • Enabling precise control and fast shut down in an overcurrent scenario by high bandwidth and fast response current sensing.
  • Safely and efficiently controlling and protecting the power switch (IGBT/SiC).
