Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create vehicle control unit (VCU) designs that enable precise, efficient control of every aspect of electrified powertrains.

Design requirements

Modern VCU designs require:

  • Reliable and high-speed communication with powertrain controllers.
  • Intelligent and robust control of vehicle powertrain to overall coordinate driving modes in EV/HEV.
  • Following state-of-the-art architecture regarding system redundancy in order to allow implementation of the system on the highest safety level.
