Overview

The BQ25616JEVM evaluation module (EVM) is designed to evaluate the BQ25616J device, a standalone 3-A single-cell battery charger optimized for low portable designs. The BQ25616JEVM includes USB BC1.2 input current limit detection and OTG reverse synchronous boost operation. The standalone control includes the input current limit, the charge current, and the charge voltage regulation, and utilizes the JEITA battery temperature charging profile.
