TI broadcaster reference design with iBeacon technology

Design files

This reference design is an example of using the SimpleLink™ Bluetooth® Smart CC2543 low-cost, proprietary RF wireless MCU, as a broadcaster. The board has several sensors and runs off a CR2032 coin cell battery. Combined with the example software and the TI Multitool Bluetooth Smart app, the board will work as a weather station broadcaster as an example application.p>

  • Broadcast Bluetooth Smart data with the CC2543
  • Demo example running out-of-the-box
  • Very compact form factor
  • Runs off a single CR2032 coincell
  • Can be used as development platform - I2C pads readily available

A fully assembled board has been developed for testing and performance validation only, and is not available for sale.
