Overview

The MitySOM-AM62A family of system-on-modules features the AM62Ax processor. The module includes eMMC FLASH, Octal or Quad SPI NOR FLASH, and LPDDR4 RAM memory subsystems. A MitySOM-AM62 provides a complete and flexible CPU infrastructure for highly integrated embedded systems.
