ISOW-ADAPTOR-EVM is an Evaluation Module (EVM) used as an adaptor PCB to facilitate evaluation of the quad-channel digital isolators with integrated DC-DC converter ISOW774x in 20-Pin WB SOIC package (Package Code-DFM) on ISOW784x 16-Pin WB SOIC package (Package Code-DWE) footprint.

Features
  • High-performance, 5000-VRMS reinforced quad-channel digital isolators with integrated high-efficiency, low-emissions DC-DC converter
  • Separate IO and DC/DC supply inputs
  • Wide supply and level translation range for IO: 1.71 V to 5.5 V
  • High signaling rate: Up to 100 Mbps
  • Meets CISPR 32 class B radiated emissions limits
  • This EVM is tested and includes provisions for evaluation of device ISOW774x on ISOW784x
