Overview

The LMR43620MQ3EVM-2M evaluation module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of the LMR43620-Q1 wide-input buck regulator. The LMR43620-Q1 is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving up to 2 A of load current from an input voltage of up to 36 V. The LMR43620-Q1 has ultra-low operating quiescent current and high efficiency at light loads. The LMR43620-Q1 comes in small 2-mm x 2-mm HotRod™ package providing a very small, low-EMI solution size.

Features
  • Wide input voltage range of 3 V to 36 V
  • 3.3-V fixed output votlage by default
  • Output current up to 2 A
  • 2.2-MHz default switching frequency  (jumper included for AUTO mode or FPWM selection)
  • Fully assembled, tested and proven PCB layout with small solution footprint
