The LMZ31530 EVM is designed to help the user easily evaluate and test the operation and functionality of the LMZ31530 buck module. The EVM convert a 3-V to 14.5-V input voltage to a regulated 0.6-V to 3.6-V output voltage that delivers up to 30 A in a 16-mm x 15-mm QFN package. The output voltage and switching frequency can be set using the jumper settings on EVM.

  • Wide operating input voltage range of 3 V to 14.5 V is ideal for 5-V or 12-V rails
  • Output voltages from 0.6 V to 3.6 V
  • Switching frequency range 300 kHz to 850 kHz
  • Control test points to use power good and inhibit features
  • Selector options to test eco-mode or FCCM operation
  • Recommended PCB layout for maximized thermal performance and minimized noise
