EMI Optimized Layout Design for Fly-buck Reference Design

Design files

This reference design (PMP11052) demonstrates the improvement in EMI performance in a Fly-buck design with optimized layout for all high di/dt loops and compares it with another layout which is laid out just like a buck converter.

  • 300 mA isolated output
  • 20-95V input voltage (36V-72V)
  • 10V primary output
  • 9.5V isolated output
  • Isolated bias supply
  • Mo optocoupler
