TPS62180 Low Power DDR Memory Power Supply Reference Design

The PMP20025 reference design provides a compact low power solution for DDR4 memory.  The power supply is powered from a 12V source and regualtes the output to 1.2V at up to 6A.  The TPS62180 operates in a two phase buck mode that allows for very small external components.  The solution size is 10mm x 15mm.  The effciency at close to full load is approximately 80%.  At very light loads the efficiency is still above 50%.
