260-W off-line multiple-output LLC-SRC reference design

This reference design uses UCC256302 LLC resonant controller to provide US-line AC input to a 30-V, 250-W output and a 13.8-V, 11-W output conversion. The low-profile design has a maximum height of one inch. This design achieves 94 % peak efficiency at 120-VAC input.

  • US-line AC input is narrow enough for a single-stage LLC design that does not require a PFC
  • 94% peak efficiency achieved with non-synchronous rectifier output
  • Low-profile board design for a smaller solution size compared to AC transformer
  • Tight-cross regulation for 30-V DC motor output
  • Integrated resonant inductor allows for smaller BOM count
