PMP31139

Tiny automotive SEPIC reference design using 80-V integrated FET

PMP31139

Design files

Overview

This reference design is a small SEPIC converter using LM5158 with an integrated FET. This design has a very small board space that sets the switching frequency to 2 MHz. This means accepting some switching and magnetizing losses. Despite the losses, the efficiency is up to 400 mA and 80% and more.

Features
  • Tiny and highly integrated footprint that is ideal for space-constrained applications
  • Small FM filter and dual random spectrum are for EMI mitigation
Output voltage options PMP31139.1
