RF-star, as a 3P IDH of TI for wireless connectivity modules for over a decade, is dedicated to supplying a wide range of wireless modules and solutions based on TI products, such as BLE, Matter, ZigBee, Thread, Wi-Fi, Sub-1G, and Wi-SUN. 
RF-SM-1077Bx are Sub-1 GHz wireless modules based on SimpleLink™ high-performance CC1310 MCU, supporting 6LoWPAN, IEEE 802.15.4, MIOTY, Wireless M-Bus. RF-SM-1277Bx are Sub-1 GHz wireless modules based on CC1312R MCU, supporting IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), MIOTY®, Wi-SUN®, proprietary systems, and the TI 15.4-Stack (Sub-1 GHz).
Their RF transceiver with a powerful 48 MHz ARM® Cortex® microcontroller makes the modules low power consumption and allows long-range operation on small coin-cell batteries and in energy harvesting applications. RF-SM-1277Bx modules feature larger memory with 352 kB of in-system programmable flash and 88 kB RAM. They are regarded as the advanced version of RF-SM-1077Bx. 
For the working frequency, RF-SM-1077B1 and RF-SM-1277B1 support 868 MHz, 915 MHz and 920 MHz. While RF-SM-1077B2 and RF-SM-1277B2 support 433 MHz,450 MHz and 470 MHz. Each Sub-1GHz module with two RF output modes including IPEX connector and the ANT RF interface can meet different requirements. The modules also support point-to-point and point-to-multipoint UART transmission.
