SES-3P-APL
Overview
Smart Embedded Systems' Ethernet advanced physical layer (APL) development kit for HART uses TI's IEEE 802.3cg and Ethernet APL compliant DP83TD510E 10BASE-T1L Ethernet PHY to provide intrinsically safe communications. The development kit includes a HART transmitter board and the 3-port Ethernet APL to Ethernet switch board. The individual boards are also available separately.

- Eases conversion of existing HART transmitters to Ethernet APL
- Operates as either HART-IP transmitter or HART gateway/bridge
