Overview

This reference design facilitates the CISPR 22 Class-B compliance of the TPS65150 LCD Bias IC. It focuses on the radiated emission testing and helps designer to be compliant with the regulatory requirements for industrial display applications. The TPS65150 LCD Bias IC offers all three voltages necessary to drive a thin film transistor (TFT) LCD supplied from voltages in the area of a single-cell battery.

  • Input Voltage Range: 1.8 V to 6 V
  • Output Voltage for Source Driver: Up to 15 V
  • Output Voltage for Gate Drivers: Up to 30 V and Down to -15 V
  • Space optimized board layout

A fully assembled board has been developed for testing and performance validation only, and is not available for sale.
