TLC59282 Evaluation Module
TLC59282EVM-118
Overview
The Texas Instruments TLC59282EVM-118 evaluation module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TLC5928 16-Channel Constant Current LED Driver with 4-Channel Grouped Delay. The TLC59282 is capable of driving up to 45mA per channel when powered from a 5-V supply. The EVM is powered via external power supplies. It must be controlled via an external device capable of providing clock, data, latch and blank signals. This can be done with a SPI-compatible serial interface on a microcontroller or via a function generator. Different LED’s can be connected to the evaluation board via the output connector.
Features
- EVM PCB assembled with TLC59282 LED Driver
- IREF (current reference) set resistors populated for 10mA, 20mA, 30mA and 40mA/channel operation, selectable via jumpers
- 1x16 output header for connecting though-hole LEDs (LEDs not included) or the white LED board WLEDEVM-132 (not included)
