The TLV70433DBVEVM-712 is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TLV70433 Low-Dropout Regulator in the DBV (SOT23-5) package.
  • Wide Input Voltage Range: 2.5 V to 24 V
  • Low 3.2-uA Quiescent Current
  • Ground Pin Current: 3.4 uA at 100-mA Iout
  • Stable with Any Capacitor (> 0.47 uF)
  • Available in SOT23-5 and SOT89 Packages
  • Operating Junction Temperature: -40 to +125 degrees (C)
