The TPD1E10B09-Q1EVM contains six TPD1E10B09-Q1 devices. One TPD1E10B09-Q1 (D6) is configured with two SMA connectors (J1 and J2) for two-port analysis with a vector network analyzer. Five TPD1E10B09-Q1 devices (D1-D5) are configured with test points for striking ESD to the protection pins.
