Overview

The TPS22948 evaluation module (EVM) is an assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22948 load switches. The TPS22948EVM allows the user to apply different input voltages (1.6 V to 5.5 V) under different loading conditions (0 A to 0.3 A) to the TPS22948 device. Parameters such as the on-resistance, rise time, and output pull-down resistance can be easily and accurately evaluated.

Features
  • Input voltage range: 2.5 V to 5.5 V
  • Input current range: 0 A to 0.3 A (TPS22948 limits to 100mA)
  • Access to the VIN, VOUT, GND, FLT and ON pins
  • On board CIN and COUT capacitors
  • VIN and VOUT sense pins to measure the voltage drop from VIN to VOUT and calculate the resistance
